Lymphatic Wellness
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This is a gentle hands-on modality that reduces swelling and pain from inflammation. In 45 minutes, manual lymphtaic drainage massages eight main lymph node sites and connections between them to increase lymphatic circulation. Although the session is 45 minutes, accelerated drainage typically continues throughout the day and even into the next day. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout. Taping or cupping can be included at no extra charge.
Lymphatic Facial Cupping
