Manual Lymphatic Drainage
This is a gentle hands-on modality that reduces swelling and pain from inflammation. In 45 minutes, manual lymphtaic drainage massages eight main lymph node sites and connections between them to increase lymphatic circulation. Although the session is 45 minutes, accelerated drainage typically continues throughout the day and even into the next day. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout. Taping or cupping can be included at no extra charge.
Lymphatic Facial Cupping
Decongest facial lymphatics and sinuses with gentle glass cup application. This is combined with Manual Lymphatic Drainage to direct lymphatic flow. This therapy is great for allergies, puffy eyes, overall swelling reduction, facial sculpting, toning and more.
There are typically no side effects to this treatment. This unique cupping technique does not leave behind bruising or raised bumps because the cups are moved in a continuous motion, never staying in one spot for too long.
Lymphatic Taping
“Lymphatic Drainage To-Go” Kinesiology Tape is applied for local lymphatic drainage. Custom tape grid is anchored near regional lymph node sites. Typically, the tape application can last 1-5 days, and drainage 2-7 days.
Dynamic Cupping
Soft cups are applied with lotion and constantly moved in the direction of the lymphatic flow. This helps loosen the tissues and facilitate drainage simultaneously. Combined with manual therapy for comfort.
