Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. You’ll lie down comfortably in the chamber and can use the time to relax, read, or even watch something on your device.
Wear comfortable clothes. We recommend avoiding perfumes or lotions. You can bring a phone, book, or tablet to use during your session.
